The Wildcats have had two varsity head coaches in their short history. James "Ice" Anderson led the squad for three seasons, while Chris Brown is entering his third season as the head man. Before becoming the leader of the team, Brown served as an assistant for two seasons.

The current assistant coaches are Dave Borys (1st year), Jesse Lane (2nd year) and George Molner (2nd year). Lane also serves as the head junior varsity coach.

Past assistants include Chris Cole, Mark Colford and Troy Snell.
